We Need Your Old Air Conditioning Units To Help Support A Wonderful Cause!

We offer a free collection of your old air conditioning units, whether you are a home or business – we can organise pick up at your convenience – and you’ll know that you’ve helped make a difference to a great community cause that supports kids with special needs.

We can arrange pickup in Frankston and are flexible with days and times.

Please note, we only collect refrigerated units, not evaporative cooling units.

Our Heartfelt Journey Creating The Aircon for Kids Program

The Aircon for Kids program is close to our hearts. When our son was diagnosed with autism, an intellectual/neuro-developmental disability, as well as epilepsy, we were absolutely overwhelmed. We had no idea where to turn, who could help or what to do. It seemed like after Jamie was diagnosed, we were sent on our way to carry on with life and the very unknown – with no direction or guidance.

After years of getting nowhere and flying blind, we came across Frankston Special Developmental School. It was truly the light at the end of the tunnel for us. Every single staff member at FSDS showed warmth and understanding and gave us the guidance and support we had been looking for, for so long. We wouldn’t be where we are today without the valuable schooling life and knowledge shared with our family from FSDS.

We have immense gratitude and respect for the assistance we received, and we wanted to give back somehow. We feel we could never repay this – it’s been truly priceless. We say thank you by giving back to the school that has given so much to us.
